What wedding planning tools are most useful?

I’m a bride-to-be and I have just been exploring wedding planning websites on the web, I was just wondering if any recently married brides who used online wedding planning sites could let me know what online wedding planning tools (like checklists, inspiration boards, budget planners, seating plans…) they found most useful? Thanks!

I have found Microsoft Excel to be quite effective.
My wife and I pasted every picture of our family and guests.
We used it to figure out budget, etc.

probably has the best resources, it has pretty much everything you need. You can put your budget in there and it will give you a break down of what you can spend in each area, you can manage your guest list from there, they give you lists of local vendors (florists, reception & ceremony vendors, photographers, videographers, etc), wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, invitations, favors, decorations, etc.
There is also:
(if you’re considering a photo booth)
Here are a couple good sites for invitations, decorations & supplies (ordering them online and then also doing your own)
— this has the cheapest prices I’ve found (for invites and decorations)
good luck and congrats!
